Shipping & Return Policies

Orders will be shipped out within 5-7 days (current processing and shipping times are updated daily please beware this can change depending on the quantity of orders we have in que) after payment is complete. Some products will take up to 14 days so please see individual product description for more information. We ship 6 days a week excluding Sundays and all major holidays. Generally orders made on the weekends will ship out on Monday. **Please note WHOLESALE AND CUSTOM ITEMS can take the full 7-14 days to process and ship.

What shipping carriers do you use? 

We generally use USPS but will use other carriers based on the size of the order and price. Once your order is handed over to the proper carrier service WE ARE NOT responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS IF IT IS BY NO FAULT OF OUR OWN. IF THE CARRIER TRACKING SHOWS YOUR PACKAGE AS DELIVERED PLEASE CALL THE CARRIER TO FILE A CLAIM. Or please contact your local USPS for assistance. Priority shipping is available with insurance included. If you would like insurance added to your order please contact us directly. 

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, but on a limited basis. We also charge a fee for delivery so please keep this in mind. This must be approved first and we have a limited radius area we will deliver to. Please chat with us to discuss. 

​Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we ship through USPS. Please remember we are not responsible for any packages held up by customs. We will fill out all forms accurately!​

International orders can take up to 7 days to processing and ship. 

Please select Priority Mail International - Canada, Priority Mail International - Mexico, and for all other countries, Priority Mail International during checkout.


Can you track my order? 

Yes, tracking information will be sent to you via the email address your provided during checkout. You can also sign up for an account and sign in to check tracking information.

 

Can I cancel my order after i placed it? 

No, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. 

Do you accept returns? 

Due to the nature of the products we sell we do not accept returns. If we made an error we will gladly work with you to correct the issue.
